A man in his 30s has died after the black Nissan Qashqai he was driving was involved in an accident on the M20.
The accident occurred on Tuesday morning at approximately 8.27am on the London-bound carriageway between junctions J9 and J8.
His vehicle was severely crushed between a lorry behind it, and HGV in front of it. The lorry driver was flown to hospital with serious injuries.
The M20 was closed for many hours as police crash investigators began their work to work out the events that led to the accident.
