This red Honda Civic was seen by Road Policing Unit last night at a set of lights, with loud pops and bangs disturbing Dartford residents.
The driver was found to have previously been warned about his driving habits, so the vehicle was seized on the spot and taken away on a recovery truck.
Dartford was a lot quieter once the car was removed.
